Our History
We began our history in the packaging sector in 1976, with the manufacture of coding machines and, later, self-adhesive labels and tags, under the name Prodesmaq.
In 2004, Flexcoat was created with the aim of meeting Prodesmaq's demand for self-adhesive raw materials.
With the sale of Prodesmaq in 2006 to a leading Canadian group in the market, Flexcoat continued to operate in the self-adhesive sector.
Between 2014 and 2017, Flexcoat invested in research and the installation of equipment for the manufacture of technical laminates.
In 2018, the sale of Induction Seals began, still under the name Flexcoat.
In 2022, Flexcoat was sold to an American group, a global leader in the label market.
From this new phase, Inducoat was born, with an exclusive focus on the production of Induction Seals and Technical Laminates.
